This month we were given this fabulous picture picked out by our very own Karen Knegten to use as our inspiration.
I made two card for you tonight. What jumped out at me most was the colors and the different shapes. The shapes of some of the buildings was the inspiration for this card -I used the Dogwood and Butterfly stamp set. The dogwood branch is colored with copics - E23,25,50,51,53/R20,22,24,27,29/YG03,63.
The roof is embossed with a checkerboard embossing folder. The card base is embossed with a wood grain impression plate.
The paper is Pure Luxury Chocolate Brown, Rocket Red and white.
Card Supplies:
Stamps: Gina K Designs - Dogwood and Butterfly
Paper: Gina K Designs Pure Luxury, Copic Blending
Ink: Memento, SU
Other: Sizzix Embossing Folder - Checkerboard, Wood Grain Impression Plate, Spellbinders - Squares & Postage Stamps, Pearls
