Outlawz POM Challenge

Happy Thursday my friends!

Today I have a card to entice you to pop over to The Outlawz POM Group and check out the challenge for this week.
Can you guess what it is? If you guessed embossing you are correct! The challenge is to use embossing folder(s) or embossing powder on your project. The rule we have for the POM challenges is that you can not use Alcohol ink markers on your project. Anything in your crafting arsenal of mediums is perfectly fine to use.

For my card I used both embossing folders and clear embossing powder. When I want to match my wet embossing to the colors of my project, I will first ink up my stamp with versamark and ink it again with the colored ink before stamping on the paper. Sprinkle clear embossing powder over the stamped image or sentiment and heat it as you normally would. Inking the stamp with versamark then with the colored ink will not harm your ink pad at all.

The sentiment is by Serendipity Stamps that I have had in my stash forever! The embossing folders are Cuttlebugs Swiss Dots and Sizziz Dots folders.
