Did you see who the feature stamper is this week over at SCS? It's one of my stamping idols, Theresa Momber. Theresa is a phenomenal artist and I love all of her work. I was so excited to see this honor bestowed upon Theresa and could not wait to play along.

The card I chose to case of Theresa's is called Romantic Sunset.
The things I changed on the card are - the color, I used prima flowers instead of a stamp, I added a moon and I did a combination of brayering and sponging for the background.
The stamps are Gina K's Eclectic Summer and Tropical Flowers. The image of the couple was stamped with versamark ink and heat embossed with fine detail black embossing powder on a 5 1/4 x 4 inch piece of Couture cs. The sky and water were brayered with first Memento's Lulu Lavender, then Sweet Plum and finally with Grape Jelly. Before I brayered on the Sweet Plum, I punched out a circle from a post-it-note and masked the moon. I sponged Grape Jelly around the edges and and along the horizon the create the hills and shadows in the water. I added more shading to the hills using Tuxedo Black ink. The branches were also stamped with Tuxedo Black ink.
I matted the scene on Black Onyx PL paper and the card base is Vibrant Violet PL paper.
