Aluminum foil.

Hi!

I was flipping through some older stamping magazines and saw an article about using alcohol inks on aluminum foil and using a stylus to write a sentiment or draw a picture on the back of the foil.
If I draw, I need to have an eraser and several sheets of paper so I know drawing on aluminum foil would not be a good idea for me. Instead, I used the snowflake folder in the cuttlebug.
Have any of you tried this technique? I really like it.
The snow dots folder was used for the background. After I ran it through the cuttlebug, I covered it with versamark and heat embossed with iridescent ice to add a bit of sparkle.

Sparkle was also added around the girl and snowman by taking a stipple brush, with versamark on it and dabbing around the images then embossing with iridescent ice. I put liquid applique on the snow, sprinkled dazzling diamonds over it before I puffed it with the heat gun.
The scalloped bottom edge of the card is from the SU scallop punch.

I am off to take a dose of cold medicine. My daughter either decided to share her cold with me or the flu from this past weekend is continuing on.

Have a great day!
Sharri
