Recycled Jeans

Happy Thursday!
Today I am sharing my sample for the Twisted Thursday Challenge group at The Outlawz. Our twist this week is to use something recycled on your project. Remember, you do not have to add the twist to your project. You can just enter a project for the weekly Anything Goes theme.

For my card I used a pocket and tags from a pair of old jeans and the paper tag from a pair of new jeans. The poly twill ribbon is also from the paper tag.

I used my sewing machine to adhere the pocket and tags to the card. The sentiment is from Gina K Designs Masculine Messages stamp set and I stamped it on the back side the cardboard and cut it out with Spellbinders Square Swatch.

After work yesterday, I had the house to myself, which does not happen often, so I sat down and made a card for this weeks Card Positioning System challenge.

Other: Spellbinders, Primas, Brads, MS Leaf Punch, Cuttlebug ef

The sentiment is from Gina K's Masculine Messages. I used Spellbinders Blossom dies along with the scalloped circle dies to focal point on the card. I kept with the flower theme by adding a primas with rhinestone brads in the center.
