This week the Twisted Thursday challenge at The Outlawz is 'Shapes and Snowflakes'! Have I intrigued you?
Let me explain a little bit about the challenge - What we mean by shapes is the shape of the card or project. No standard sized cards(4 1/2 x 5 1/2). Our twist this week is to add at least one snowflake to your creation.
The DT has created some fabulous projects to give you some inspiration. You can check them out here.
Here is my sample -
I used spellbinders labels 17 for my card base. The Santa image is from Bo Bunny's Father Christmas Stamp set which I picked up at a local craft store.
The musical notes behind the Santa is Lili of the Valley's Grunge Music. I cut it out with spellbinders labels 7.
After I punched the snowflakes out, I covered them with white liquid applique and heated it until it just started to get puffy. I let them sit for a minute then put stickles right over the puffed liquid applique.
We would love for you to come and visit the Twisted Thursday Challenge group and would be thrilled if you played along!
Thank you so much for dropping by!!!
Supplies - Stamps: Bo Bunny, Lili of the Valley/Paper: SU, Gina K Designs/Ink: SU/Other: Spellbinders, Snowflake Punch, Stickles, Liquid Applique.
