Happy Friday my friends!Tonight the Gina K CSS Alumni girls have put together another fun hop for you!

For this hop we created a card or project based on any of the featured in birthday themed photos from The Party Dress site.
Aren't those great photos for inspiration? I has so many ideas running through my head that I had a hard time deciding what to make! I finally ended up going with a birthday themed card, using the some of the colors from the photos and the sunflowers. I also made my card base a scalloped circle to mimic the shape of the sunflowers.
The base of the card is made Spellbinders Grand Scalloped Circles. The sunflowers are from the Autumn Beauty stamp set and I colored them with copics - R35, R37, R39/Y13, Y15, Y17/E25, E27, E29/G20,G21, G24, G40.The sentiment is from Holiday Greetings and was punched out with a 1 1/4 inch circle punch and matted on a couple different dies from Spellbinders Floral Doily Motifs. I added a button thread with bakers twine. Doesn't it make it look like a flower?

Like the circle card as it shows that one doesn't always have to have a rectangle/square card. Liked the use of different dies which worked well together.
