Happy Wednesday Stampers!!

My hubby was hit by the flu over the weekend and last night he was finally feeling better. Now I am crossing my fingers that he has not shared his germs with Abbi and I but then there are a lot of people sick at work with the cold bug too so I think I need to cross all my fingers and toes too! lol!

Are you ready for the next countdown challenge card? This one is for the glitter pen challenge and I actually like this one today - lol!
Although it's tough to see in the picture I really did use glitter pens! *wink*
Abbi made a card for this one too and I have her card at the end.
The rose is from Gina's Friendship's Garden stamp set. I wish I would have take a sideview picture because I added a couple of layers to the rose for a bit of dimension. To do that, I stamped it three times, coloring it in then cutting pieces out of two of the roses to pop up on the full rose. One of these days I will be a thinking ahead kinda girl - lol!
I used Spica pens, melon and red, to color the rose.
All the paper is from my scraps and I believe it's all SU with the exception of the white that I stamped the rose on - that is Copic X-press It. It's the best for coloring with copics I tell ya.

This is the card Abbi made.

As you can see she decided to copy my card exactly this time. She did have a bit of help from Mom cutting the paper and tying the bow but did all the stamping, coloring, cutting and assembly by herself. I think she got tired of her quality time with Mom because after this card she was done making cards :)
