A card for Somer

Hello and Happy Monday!!!

I did not realized I have not shared this card with you yet. I made it for last weeks StampTV potluck challenge issued by Deb Felt, another of my fellow CSS DT. Deb asked that we make make a soft and feminine card in honor of the life of Somer Thompson, the little girl who's life was cut tragically short. Somer's family is from Jacksonville, Florida - the same community as Deb. Deb asked us to use Somer's favorite color purple on our cards and go one step further and actually mail the cards to her and she would forward them on to the family.
If you would like to send a card, the address is:

Fleming Island, FL 32003My card is loaded with purple. I used the daisy flower from Asela's Flowers for Daisy and the sentiment is from Melanie's Arranged with Love. The daisy is colored with copics and cut out using spellbinder's Labels 6. The sentiment is cut out using spellbinder's labels 3. I watercolored the daisy with my sakura glitter pen and niji brush then added brown doodlebug glitter to the center. My only embellishment is the big purple organdy ribbon.

I hope you have a magnificent rest of your day!!
