Today in Southern Wisconsin we are having a weather teasing day. It is suppose to be a little over 50 degrees! Tomorrow is suppose to be a couple of degrees warmer. I just might have to play hooky tomorrow. hee hee!
Have you checked out the Floral Frenzy Kit on Stamp TV? I have been seeing alot of awesome projects made using the kit. I finally got to the store to pick up my kit last week Friday and love it! The papers in the kit are fabulous and I love that the stamp sets are so versatile with the different techniques. Also in the kit was ivory pure luxury paper. I like this so much that I had to stop in the store and buy a pack of each of the weights!
Can you guess what pure luxury paper I used for today's card? Yup, the ivory.
The cs is SU's elegant eggplant and a dark green from Bazzill. The pattern paper is Floral Elegance Digital paper from the kit.
The image is from one of the stamp sets included in the kit, Elegant Flowers. I used copics to color the flowers then cut them out and the image layers using the rectangle nestibilities. There are two layer of the borders at the bottom of the card. I apologize that the picture is on the darker side, I took it late last night. I will try to get it replaced with a better picture soon.
Anyway, I used Martha Stewart's embossed zigzag for the two borders and finished off the card with the ribbon, ribbon buckle and brads.
