Monday scraps

Hi!

Did you have a nice weekend? I had a nice dinner with my family Saturday night. Yesterday I decided it was time to give my house a good cleaning. Even though I spent the whole day cleaning there are still two rooms I did not get to. I was joking with my sister that I need a maid and she offered to be my maid! Isn't she the sweetest sister? As tempting as it was, I did not take her up on it.

It has been a while since I have gotten out my SU stamps so I challenged myself to make cards using only my scrap papers and SU stamps. I am warning you I have A LOT of scrap paper so I hope you are ready for some unique color combo's and possibly card sizes to...hee hee!

On to today's card...

I made two cards with the same layout using the Bloomin' Beautiful stamp set. I used Bashful Blue and a misc green cs for both cards. I used Apricot Appeal and Groovy Guava as an accent color for the cards.

Apricot was used for this card.

And Guava for this one.
The image was stamped with mementos tuxedo black ink on SU's shimmer cs and colored with copics. The sentiment is Tag Lines from Gina K Designs and cut with the spellbinder's labels diecuts. I finished off the cards with a bow in the coordinating ribbon.
