Good Morning!
Yey! Its Friday! Anybody else extremely happy it's Friday?
A good friend of mine is coming over to my house to make Valentine cards tomorrow. It's been quite awhile since we have gotten together so I am really looking forward to spending time with her.

I took another night of me time this week and went to Jessica's embellishment class Tuesday night at Gina's brick and mortar store. I would like to share a couple of the cards I made at the class.
As part of the class we were able to choose a pack of Doodlebug Paper Potpourri. I chose to use the color red. We were also given a tin full of assorted prima's, a pack of Kaiser pearls, Kaiser rhinestones and ribbon.
Jessica had four different card sketches for us to use to make the cards and the table was full of punches, glitter, flock, embossing folder, nesties...I know there was more but I can not remember all the stuff we were able to use.

The first card does not have any stamping on it. It was all made with embellishments. I won't go into a lot of details because it is fairly easy to see how the card was made, but if you do have questions, drop me a note and I will happily answer!

This is the next card and I made it to use as a Valentine's card. Did you notice that the flowers were embossed? The also have some shimmer to them. To get the shimmer, we spritzed them with water, brushed perfect pearls pigment powder over the wet flower then used the heat tool to dry it.
The sentiment is from Gina's Rectangle Greetings.
I did make a third card but was not happy with how it turned out so I am not going to share it until I change a couple of things on it. Hehehe!
Have an awesome weekend and thank you for stopping in!
