Happy Monday!! We are nearing the end of the TCM January Release! Welcome to The Craft's Meow Blog Hop! Did you enjoy the last 4 days of preview? I would love to know what your favorite set or sets were!
The Craft's meow

Today are celebrating the release the 5 new stamp sets that are now available for purchase! Yay! You can find all of the new stamps in the store right here!

If you came from Nina Brackett's blog then you're right where you're supposed to be. If not, please head on over to The Craft's Meow blog to start from the beginning.
As you hop along make sure to leave a comment on each of the blogs for a chance to win the ENTIRE January Release!  The more comments you leave the better chance to win because Lisa will randomly draw a name from one our blogs for a winner. The deadline to leave a comment is 9:00pm PDT, Wednesday, January 23rd.

And don't forget that Lark Additions is our January gift with a $50 purchase over the store.

Now that we have all of the important stuff out of the way I have a couple of cards to share with you :^)

My first card uses Beautiful Hymns.

I picked another one of my favorite hymns to use on the card along with one of the graphic images. I used musical note pattern paper to cut out my doily and some fun striped paper for the banners. I finally found instructions on how to make the vintage type bows with seam binding ribbon that actually worked when I tried it. I got the seam binding wet, scrunched it up into a ball and microwaved it for 45 seconds (you may have heat 2 or 3 time until the seam binding is dry). When dry, wrap the ribbon in a figure 8 and die the middle with a small piece of embroidery floss. Depending on how loops you want will determine the number of times you wrap the ribbon into the figure 8. My bow has 4 loops on each side. Pretty easy huh?!

My next card uses Many Thanks. I kept my card fairly simple without any of the normal layers I usually have on my cards.

I started off with kraft card stock for my base and using spellbinders smallest large long rectangle I embossed a frame for the sentiment.  I punched out flowers from pattern paper scraps and added buttons for the centers. I finished off the card by stamping butterflies from the Fly Free.

Now I am going to send you on your way to Veronica's blog for some more inspirations! Don't forget to leave a comment for a chance to win the entire January release!

Happy Hopping!
