Card of scraps

Happy Monday!
The weekend went way to fast once again! It was Norwegian Heritage Days or better known as Syttende Mai. Even though it was cooler weather, our little town was packed! My hubby and I were able to walk around town and sample some of the food...yum! Sunday we were in the big parade for my hubby's work and Abbi had a blast waving to all the people watching the parade.
Anywho, I hope you all had a wonderful weekend!
This card is one of the ones I made using all scrap paper. I don't know about you but I have lots scraps that are not quite the size used to make a regular 4.25 x 5.5 card. I thought it would be fun to make different sized cards with them. The size of my card today is 5 x 3. Both the sentiment and flower are from Gina K Designs Pressed Flowers stamp set. I stamped the sunflower twice, cut them both out and layered one on top of the other for a bit of dimension. I used a button threaded with bakers twine for the center of the sunflower. The ribbon is also from my scraps. I have a couple of drawers of ribbon scraps to use up too!

Enjoy your evening and thanks for checking in with me today!!
