For tonight's hop we were asked to create a project based on this fun gift basket from 1-800 Flowers:
When I saw the picture, the first thing that I was drawn to was the colors and shapes. So that is what I used to base my card on tonight.
I used the "Fun Year Round" and "Aloha" stamp sets to created a scene for you. I added the sky and water first using my brayer. Next I stamped the frame from Fun Year Round and then I added the images from Aloha. I colored the palm tree with Memento's markers then sponged in the ground. After I had the card put together I thought it still needed something so I colored a couple of the flowers from Aloha with copics, cut them out and popped them up in the corners with a pop dot. It was a perfect touch don't you think?Thank you so much for hopping with us tonight!
