Teachers make a difference

Hi!

Today I have a card to share that I made for my daughter's teacher. I had this image stamped and colored for quite some time but had not made it into a card. When I came across it last week, I knew it would be perfect for a thank you card for Abbi's to give to her teacher at the end of the year.
The image from the Pure Innocence line at My Favorite Things. I colored her with copics but did not write down the colors so I can not share those with you.

The background is one of Sizzix new Tim Holtz embossing folders called Notebook. I used my SU Spiral Punch along the side of the paper after I embossed it to make is look like it was ripped out of a notebook.

The circle sentiment is from Gina K's Back to School stamp set.

I finished the inside with another embossed and spiral punch piece of paper and another sentiment from the Back to School stamp set.

Along with the card, Abbi gave her teacher a basket filled with an assortment of house plants that she picked out and a gift card for a dinner out. I hope she likes them as much as Abbi liked having her for a teacher.

Card Supplies:
Stamps: My Favorite Things, Gina K - Back to School
Paper: Old Olive, Perfect Plum, White PL
Ink: Rich Cocoa, Memento's Markers
Other: Sizzix Embossing Folder, SU Spiral Punch, Circle Nestibilities.
