Well winter is still here...we got about 3 inches of snow today and there are predicting more for us later this week...yuck! I am more than ready for warmer spring weather!
Today I am sharing a card that I made for the Wishes and Dreams blog hop. You can read all about it on Gina's blog. There is also links to everyone who is participating in the hop if you would like to check out their projects. I start my card by stamping the daisies from the Purr-fectly Delightful stamp set along the bottom of the paper. I colored them with copics, recolored with my versamarker and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. I added my sky next by brayering Tempting Turquoise, Taken with Teal and Bermuda Bay ink. The ground was sponged in using Certainly Celery and Old Olive. The fairy was stamped on a separate piece of White PL, colored with copics, cut her out and popped her up over the flowers. I tried to create the look that it was her magic wand that opened up the daisies...What do you think, did I succeed?
Thanks for stopping by!
