The Lord is my Shepherd

Good Morning!
I hope you are having a wonderful weekend so far.

When I went to the Rubber Stamp and Scrapbook show last November, I picked up a few stamps from Our Daily Bread. I finally dug one of them out and made a card with it.
The stamp is Psalms 23. This is one of my favorite verses.

I stamped the verse with Memento's Rich Cocoa. The stamp in the corners is from Gina K's Picture It. I wanted the flower image to look more like a watermark, so I inked it up with Memento's London Fog and stamped off on scrap paper before stamping it in the corners. I used the lightest copic markers to color the flowers - Y0000, G0000, YR0000 and W0.
I wanted to really make the sentiment the focal point so I cut out a Chocolate Chip cs frame using Spellbinders Scalloped Frame and I laced SU Mustard ribbon through the scallops and used this as a mat for the sentiment.
The dp is from Basic Grey's Mellow pack. The cs is Chocolate Chip, More Mustard and Gina's Ivory PL.
Because the sentiment was on the bigger side, I ended up with an unusual size card so I made my own envelope for the card.
Here is the inside of the card. I used a sentiment from Gina's Not Forgotten stamp set and Spellbinders Label 5 & 8 to finish the inside of the card.
Thank you for visiting today!
I hope the rest of your day is filled with many blessings!
Hugs,

Lovely card. I really like the ribbon wrapped around the edges. The whole layout is very nice.

Great card Sharri! The inside is as nice as the outside! And that ribbon wrap is a fab touch.
