A card for Noah

Hello!

Have you heard about Noah? He is 5 years old and in the last stages of a 2 1/2 year battle with Neuroblastoma Cancer. He is not expected to survive to Christmas. The family is celebrating Christmas next week and when asked what he wanted for Christmas Noah's request was to get lots of Christmas cards.
So lets get him some, please send cards to:Noah Biorkman 1141 Fountain View Circle, South Lyon, MI 48178. Here is a video link of Noah,

This is the card I sent out to Noah and is also was made using the colors for Monday's StampTV color challenge issued by my fellow CSS DT member, Sue VanDeVusse. The colors to use were purple, black and gold.
I had picked up a couple of new scalloped border punches last month and wanted to use one of them. After I the border punched, I was looking at it and thought to myself that it looked a bit like a snowman...so that is what I made it into. I used the eyes, nose and mouth from Hip to be Square, the sentiment is from Holiday Greetings and the holly leaves are from A Very Merry Christmas. I wanted to use the hat from Hip to be Square but it was too little for my snowman's head so I cut one out using black onxy cs. The buttons and holly berries are gold and black pearls and the scarf is black satin ribbon.

I hope you will be able to send a card to Noah and help us swamp him with Christmas cards!

Hi Sharri, my card for Noah was dropped in the mail Saturday....... How sad for this family it breaks your heart to hear such sad stories.
Your card is perfect..... I've seen that punch used on several cards but not as you've used it.....way to go! It's on my wish list too but I'm sure it'll be a while getting down here.

I sent my card over the weekend to Noah. I watched the news report and if that does not bring tears, nothing will. What a little sweetheart!
