Outside the lines challenge

Good Evening!

Today I have a card that I like much better than the card I shared yesterday. I made this card for the Friday Potluck challenge over at Stamp TV. The challenge was to go outside the lines.
I used another of my new stamp sets from Gina K's August release. This one is called Fruitful Harvest. The pears were stamped with Rich Cocoa ink on Gina K's white layering weight paper and colored with copics. I added sparkle to the image by water coloring the pears with my sakura glitter pen and coloring the branch and leaves with my spica glitter pens. The image is matted on Gina's Green Apple and a pink from my scraps. The sentiment was also stamped with Rich Cocoa on the white pure luxury paper and matted on the pink. I chose to have this be one of my "outside the lines". The other "outside the lines" was the ribbon.
The dp is Basic Grey's Lemonade and Eva. Don't you love how you can mix and match all the Basic Grey paper packs?
I actually remembered to take a picture of the inside of the card! lol! The sentiment on the inside is from Gina's Friendship's Garden stamp set.
I have gotten a few goodies in the mail this past week. My Magnolia fall stamp set arrived last week and I have them sitting out ready to be inked up. Today I got some new nesties...all 5 of the new labels and the new blossom two. I also have the two new tag sets on the way. I found an amazing one day deal on them at an on-line store and could not pass up the chance to get all of the new ones I have been eyeing. Have you gotten new goodies?
Remember my blog candy is up on the 12th and I will be drawing someones name that evening so if you have not had a chance to check it out, you can do so here.
Thank you for visiting and have a wonderful rest of your evening!
hugs,

Beautiful card, as always! Where did you get the great deal on the nesties? I have a couple that have been on my wish list, but I've been waiting for a good deal. Have a nice weekend!
