Sweet Baby

Am I ever glad Monday is almost over! You know it's not gonna be a good day when you wake up in the morning and realize that you are suppose to be at work in 5 minutes! Whoops! My DH got the flu over the weekend and tonight after dinner I was shampooing carpeting because my DD started with the flu symptoms. They both are in bed now and I am crossing my fingers, toes, and whatever I can get crossed so I do not end up with this!

I mentioned last week that I was cleaning and re-organizing my crafting corner, well as I was going through some of my stuff, I came across several images that I had colored but not done anything with. I sat down over the weekend and used some of those images to make cards. I also tried to use only scrap papers to make the cards since my scraps are getting a little out of hand.
I will be sharing these over the next few days.
Given my night, I thought I would share this card because this sentiment is so true. I feel I am truly blessed to have two beautiful daughters, even on nights like today.
This set called Hand in Hand is one of my favorites that Melanie Muenchinger illustrated for Gina K.

The hands were stamped on white layering weight pure luxury paper and colored with copics. The image was cut out with an octagon nestie and matted on a scalloped octagon nestie. The dp is DCWV and the cs is rose red, certain celery and apricot appeal.

I am off to get some sleep as I have a feeling I will woke up during the night!
