Thinking of spring

Hi!
It has been a dreary, rainy day today so I thought I would share a card for spring/summer :)
Anya is an image from The Greeting Farm Stamps. I colored her with these copics; BV0000,000,00,11,32,34/Y11, 15/E000, 00, 11, 23, 25, 31, 50,51/W00,0,1.
I added stickles to her hair bow, flowers and trim on her dress. The sentiment is Mini Postage Stamps by Whimsy Stamps.
The pattern papers are MME, which are my favorite right now but tomorrow that could change ;)
Thank you so much for stopping by! Enjoy the rest of your day!

Party Time

Hi!
I hope the start of your week has been good. I am still running around like a chicken with it's head cut off! Only a couple more weeks and home life should slow down. Hopefully work will too but I am not holding my breath on that one! lol!
I am about to head out the door for Abbi's Yoga class so I will try to keep this short and sweet :D
This little lady is Miss Anya from the Hats Off set by The Greeting Farm. She is colored with copics,
E000, E00, E11, E31, E35, E40, E41, E42/B91, B93, B95, B97/YG11, YG13, YG17/YR12, YR15, YR18, YR20/Y00, Y11, Y13, Y15.
The sentiment is Party Mini Letter Seals by Whimsy Stamps. The pendants were cut out with PTI Banner Builder's dies and the 'Fun' is SU Naturally Serif die.
I cut the corner using my We R Memory Keepers Corner Chomper that I picked up at a local craft store.

Thank you for stopping by and enjoy the rest of your day!

You're a star

Hi friends!

Are you a stamp collector? You see them, fall in love with them and tell yourself you have them so you buy them only to have them sit for month waiting to get inky...can you see me waving my hand? lol! I won't even begin to tell you how many of them I have! *wink*

This adorable image has been yelling at me from my baskets of stamps for quite some time so it was finally time that I got her inky!!
This little darling is from The Greeting Farm Oliver and Amelia stamp collection called Happy Day.
Amelia was colored with copics - V12, V15, V17 - stripes, boots, bow/BG11, BG13, BG15 - stripes, skirt, bow/YG000, YG00, YG23 - necklace, earrings, stars/E000, E00, R11 - skin/C8, C7, C6, C7 - belt/C9, C8, C7, C6, C5, C4 - hair.
She was cut out using Spell binders rectangle nestibilities and the purple border between the image and the matting was made using My Favorite Things Die-namice Star Border die.
The pattern papers are Basic Greys Kioshi and Black Markets Lucky n Love. The cardstock is SU.
The prima is sitting on top of a layer of stars that I cut out using the Spellbinders Stars dies. The prima started out white which I did not want so I watercolored it using SU perfect plum ink. I added a paper doily behind the star and image. I found a good deal on doilies at Hobby Lobby in the Baking section. I got 36 of them for less than $3.00! I also found the lace I used on the card there too.
I added a bit of sparkle to her bow, stars on her boots, earrings and necklace then using my clear glaze pen to make them shiny!

I hope my card today inspires you to dig out some of your older stamps and give them some love!

Hugs!!!

Baking friends

Hi!!

I hope you all had a wonderful Holiday Season!!! I sure did! We were able to spend a lot of time with my family and my husbands family for the Holidays which doesn't happen often enough for me!
I am off work this week so Abbi and I have been having a lot of fun together playing with her new gifts and just hanging out together. Today we met up with her sister Ashley and my Mom to do a bit of shopping and then lunch.
Abbi spent some of her Christmas money today so while she was busy with her newest toys, I was able to sneak away for a bit to make a card. It's been over a week since I have been able to sit down at my craft table which for us crafters seems like forever - right? lol!

The card I made was inspired by this weeks 7 Kids College Fund Challenge. The challenge is Anything Goes and you can read all about it here.
